What is Dutch babies?
Dutch Baby is that big puffy pancake looking thing in the picture. Very yummy! 4 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk. Whiz briefly in a blender, and pour into an 8x8 pan that has 2 T. of melted butter in the bottom. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve immediately with fresh fruit. (This was a double batch so I baked it in a 9x13.)
ya, I was gonna say where's the recipe mama! Thanks, will have to try this out... wonder how it would turn out with gluten free flour and rice/almond milk...
